a decent stay with minor issues

comfortable bed friendly staff good size balcony elevator problems slow luggage retrieval missing hair dryer

the room had a good size. the balcony also offered a good size. the bed was comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodated any issues quickly.

the elevator had some problems. we got stuck on arrival and the buttons did not work. luggage retrieval from our room was very slow upon departure. a hair dryer was missing and never brought to the room.

I was happy with my room. It had modern decor. well kept. the free shuttle service to major attractions was super convenient. the rooftop pool offered amazing skyline views of the city center.

The breakfast buffet did not have enough variety. The food remained the same during my short stay.

my room included a spacious balcony. it faced the waterfront which i appreciated. the staff are very helpful and efficient. i found the location convenient for getting around.

friendly staff clean room quiet view

the reception staff were friendly and informative from the start. the room was clean, and i found the bed comfortable. the pool area offered fine, quiet views!).

I did notice some elevator issues. I got stuck once, and the alarm didn't seem to work.

wide selection helpful staff

I found the breakfast to be great, particularly the wide selection of dishes. The room had a universal power outlet by the bed, so I could charge all my devices easily.. The staff were very kind. They helped arrange a yacht reservation quickly.

polite staff perfect room attentive assistance high charge poor cleaning taxi confusion

the staff were very polite. abdul tawheed managed my room impeccably, providing all necessary services. adi offered attentive assistance and ensured my departure was smooth!

i requested early check in. they charged me almost full cost of the room, equivalent to half board. housekeeping barely cleaned the room after the first day! the waterfront name kept confusing the taxis.
