the beautiful waterfront room included a good-sized balcony, offering a great canal view. the room had extra pillows and was well-equipped, with a coffee machine and ironing machine. daily refills of tea, coffee capsules and water were provided.

I found the breakfast to be great, particularly the wide selection of dishes. The room had a universal power outlet by the bed, so I could charge all my devices easily.. The staff were very kind. They helped arrange a yacht reservation quickly.

the staff were very polite. abdul tawheed managed my room impeccably, providing all necessary services. adi offered attentive assistance and ensured my departure was smooth!

i requested early check in. they charged me almost full cost of the room, equivalent to half board. housekeeping barely cleaned the room after the first day! the waterfront name kept confusing the taxis.
